    • All aspects of matrimonial law including divorce and matrimonial finances for clients with assets of up to £3m
    • Assists the Head of Private Wealth, Matthew Heyworth on high value and complex matters
    • Represents clients in cases which have involved multiple properties, agricultural property, pre-acquired assets and contribution arguments
    • Advises on pre- and post nuptial agreements
  • Cohabitation Matters and Claiming an interest in a property
    • Advises on Cohabitation Agreements and the current position in law for unmarried couples in relation to property
    • Advises on Trust of Land Claims including property owned in joint names cases, sole name cases and on the doctrine of proprietary estoppel
  • Children matters;
    • Advises regularly on the arrangements for children following separation including disputes as to the living and visiting arrangements.  Representing client’s in Court proceedings when disputes are not resolved outside of Court.
    • Acting for client’s in complex areas including where;
      • One parent has been subjected to severe domestic violence
      • Allegations of harm have been made against a parent
      • One parent has implacably hostile to contact
      • One parent has issues with drugs/ alcohol
