We acted for a company on the suspension, investigation and disciplinary hearing in respect of an MD. We used an external HR consultant to do an internal investigation and instructed a UK and a foreign investigator to investigate the director’s conduct. Pitmans Dispute Resolution advised on issues arising from a power change within the Company during the case to support the MD.


We were successful in having a claim against B & M Europe struck out by the Employment Appeal Tribunal, saving the company significant cost and time. The claimant was represented by a lay representative who ignored court orders.
