We work hard to reduce our impact on the environment and aim to be proactive in cutting consumption.
We use the skills and expertise of our specialist lawyers and other employees to support others in the communities local to our offices.
Our people are passionate about supporting our local communities and raising money for local and national charities.
As a firm, we choose 3 charities to support every year across our Reading, London and Southampton offices – in 2018 these are Sport in Mind (Reading), Barts Charity (London) and Alzheimer’s Society (Southampton).
We have a dedicated charity committee that organises a diverse range of fundraising events from Bake Offs to Rowathons.

This case sets an important legal precedent for employees working for UK organisations abroad. It also provides clarity on factors which an Employment Tribunal will take into consideration when deciding if an individual who works in a foreign country, but is employed by a British employer, can bring an employment claim in the UK.
