Unique Skills: A Finance/Operations Director who has the experience and ability to establish the scalable, cost effective and tax efficient structures and systems in the UK and EMEA necessary for rapid but controlled growth whilst working with sales to maximise revenue growth and ROI in EMEA.
He has spent the last five years as FD of Pitmans Solicitors, the Thames Valley's leading law firm, working on growth strategies, performance reporting and developing the groups legal and tax structure. Past experience also includes rationalising structures, outsourcing non-core functions, cost cutting strategies and downsize planning and implementation.
He has specialised in leading the finance and administration functions for EMEA head-offices of global IT corporations in their first phases of high growth following their move into the region. His experience encompasses the finance, legal and tax functions; operations, including the establishment of manufacturing in the region; real estate and facilities management, IT and HR. This has included direct involvement in sales, commercial operations, tax and strategic planning of group structures, reorganisations following mergers and acquisitions including establishing entities throughout EMEA.
