David advises employers and trustees on all aspects of pensions law and the day-to-day running of pension schemes, including trustees’ duties, the restructuring of final salary schemes, consolidating and amending scheme rules, compliance with legislative requirements and dealing with member queries. David has also handled a number of litigious matters and has first hand experience of both the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
