Stacey acts on behalf of corporate and private clients in connection with a broad range of litigious matters including general contractual and commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, disputes over land, tortious claims, debt recovery claims, disputes in relation to the sale of goods, misrepresentation claims and pensions disputes. She provides dispute resolution advice including adjudication, arbitration, mediation and negotiation.
Stacey deals with all aspects of corporate and individual insolvency, restructuring and refinancing including but not limited to, contentious and non-contentious issues arising in administrations, receiverships, liquidations (solvent and non-insolvent), bankruptcies, voluntary arrangements and security and guarantee issues.
Stacey also advises companies, company directors and private individuals on a broad range of corporate and personal criminal proceedings.
Stacey studied and attended Law School in Oxford before joining Pitmans as a Trainee Solicitor in 2009. Stacey qualified in September 2011.
