Sarah has experience in a wide variety of real estate work, including acting for institutional investors in relation to acquisitions and disposals; development agreements; conditional pre-lets; all aspects of landlord and tenant work; student accommodation and property finance transactions.
Sarah also acts for residential developers and has particular experience dealing with option agreements, conditional contracts and promotion agreements.
She acts for a number of lenders in relation to secured lending, both in the residential and commercial sectors, in addition to acting for individuals on residential conveyancing matters.
Sarah also provides corporate support where property matters are involved.
At her previous firm, Sarah spent many years acting for a leading student accommodation provider in all aspects of their property work, from acquisition through to development and then drafting specialist nomination agreements with universities
Sarah studied law at St John's College, Oxford followed by the LPC at Nottingham Law School. She then trained and qualified at Eversheds in London. Sarah then spent 7 years at Nabarro before joining Pitmans in 2011.
