Has specialised on advising on taxation, estate planning and trusts, including offshore tax planning throughout professional life . Applies a creative and pragmatic approach to tax problems; tax planning, particularly for family company, estate, wills, trust and offshore advice.
He has both written books and lectured on the subject and, as well as being qualified as a Solicitor, he is also a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and STEP member (TEP).
Originally a partner at NW England law practice, followed by 4 years in merchant banking, before moving to practice in London. A partner in Gordon Dadds, before establishing his own tax practice. Joined 2009.
