Employment Law: all aspects from recruitment to termination including bringing and defending claims in the High Court and Employment Tribunal in particular unfair dismissal and discrimination claims; advising on redundancy and capability procedures; advising on TUPE, in particular service provision changes; negotiating and advising on the terms of compromise agreements; drafting employment contracts and service agreements and drafting and updating company handbooks.
Jenny is also a Business Immigration specialist. She advises on sponsor licence applications; visas for Tier 1 (High Value Migrants); advises on all aspects of employing Tier 2 (Sponsored Skilled Workers) and Tier 5 (Temporary Workers).

Degree in law from the University of Kent at Canterbury. Completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Holborn, London. Trained at Pitmans LLP before qualifying into the Employment department in September 2012. Joined 2010.
