Advising trustees and sponsoring employers on all aspects of pensions law, including group reorganisations and mergers, scheme design and closure, Pensions and Finance Acts matters, age discrimination and clearance. Also advises on contentious pensions matters, including professional negligence claims and disputes between trustees and sponsoring employers. Regularly involved in drafting projects consolidating and updating scheme governing documentation. Advising companies, company directors and private individuals on a broad range of corporate and personal criminal proceedings.
