Charlotte Bowerman

Charlotte has experience working with both local and national commercial clients in relation to the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold investment properties and development sites through conditional contracts, option agreements and promotion agreements.

Charlotte also has experience acting for commercial landlords in respect of the ongoing management of investment property and conditional lettings to commercial tenants in respect of development sites.

Special interests




Charlotte graduated in 2011 with an LLB (Hons) degree in law from Nottingham Trent University before studying the Legal Practice Course part time at the Nottingham Law School whilst working full time as a legal assistant at a Legal 500 law firm.

Charlotte completed her training and qualified into the Commercial Property department at the same Legal 500 law firm and went on to specialise in commercial developments and investment acquisitions, management and disposals.

Personal interests

Charlotte enjoys participating in obstacle course races. She has recently completed Xrunner’s “Wild Warrior” and is planning to take part in “Tough Mudder” in 2017. She also enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her friends and family.
